- Discovery & Assessment
Clear, measurable objectives are established, aligned with personal and organizational priorities.
- Coaching Plan Agreement
Scope, duration, confidentiality, and session frequency are defined (often 3-12 months).
- Regular Coaching Sessions
1-on-1 sessions are held reguarly with assigned practional actions and continuous feedback.
- Real-Time Support
Check-ins via email or phone, providing ongoing support and accountability.
- Evaluation & Adjustment
Milestones are assessed periodically to ensure the coaching stays aligned with goals.
- Completion & Long-Term Strategy
Progress toward initial goals is reviewed to celebrate successes and identify remaining areas of focus.

Session Structure & Fees
- Sessions are conducted online by default; in-person options can be discussed upon request.
- Each coaching session is 60 minutes, scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as mutually agreed.
- Fee: $400 per session or $3,800 for a package of 10 sessions.
- Payment is due prior to each session (or in one lump sum for packages) via credit card/Stripe.
